On Friday Tanner had his preschool field trip to the Fire Station. His teacher's husband is a fireman and it is a really fun field trip. This is the fourth time for me since Kimball did it two years and now Tanner in his second year. I have to say though, that it is still fun to see the excitement on the kids faces. They go over fire safety and get to try on the big jacket and get a tour of the station. Then they get to climb in the truck and they get to hear the siren and see the lights. This time while we were talking about safety the code and alarm came on and we got to see the truck and firemen leave the station to respond to a call. That was a first and it was way cool. The kids got to run out and see the truck leave with the lights and siren.

My kids love the fire station. You know they will let you go just for like a family night? So cool.
So fun! My kids always liked that field trip too:) Tanner looks so adorable in the gear.
